I have 7 pending withdrawals with this site,said they will take 24 hours to process but 3 withdrawals I have made on Friday are still in the processing stage,I have sent emails and haven't heard anything back and now when I access livechat I get to number one in the queue and then kicked off it

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
