Luckypays belongs to Igloo, a smaller casino group which nevertheless operates a large number of casinos, with its own software used only by this and a few related companies. And as always with casinos in this group, I, as a now very experienced player who has seen a lot, am having some difficulty understanding the 1.4 version from Casino.Guru.
After having some difficulty withdrawing winnings a year ago (Incognito Casino), and only after lengthy attempts, I must honestly say that the casinos in this group deserve more attention in my opinion. While other casinos sometimes set the maximum win for bonus play at absurdly low amounts, the casinos in this group long maintained a limit of 10x the bonus amount, which I considered the minimum and which was clearly communicated. (For example, if you deposit 50 euros, you receive a 200% bonus = the limit is 1,000 euros). Many casinos (especially those associated with Dama and its sister sites Hollycorn & StableTech) have recently introduced hidden limits, while most (but not all) at Igloo have removed this 10x bonus limit, which is now around 5,000. This means you can deposit 20 euros and withdraw a maximum of 5,000. Furthermore, in most of your casinos, the unnamed deposit fee, which was not in line with industry standards anyway, has been eliminated, whereas until recently, a deposit of 20 euros (regardless of whether it was crypto or card payment) would be charged 21 euros without explanation.
This helped me because with a €20 deposit I was able to claim a €40 bonus and ended up with a balance of €561. This was transferred to my bank account within 24 hours without KYC verification. Unfortunately, such a straightforward process is rare these days, especially when it comes to claiming bonuses.
It seems that the operator has good intentions behind the scenes, which would be desirable in this online casino market with its many disreputable players.

Auch ist in den meisten Casinos von Ihnen die sowieso nicht dem Branchenstandard entsprechende ungenannte Einzahlungsgebühr weggefallen, während einem bis vor kurzem bei 20 Euro (egal ob Krypto oder Kartenzahlung) ohne Erklärung 21 Euro belastet wurden.
Dies half mir hier weil ich bei 20 Euro Einzahlung einen 40 Euro Bonus umsetzen konnte und 561 Euro Guthaben hatte. Diese wurden innert 24 Stunden ohne KYC aufs Bankkonto überwiesen. Gerade beim Umsetzen des Bonus ist eine so unkomplizierte Abwicklung heutzutage leider die Ausnahme.
Es scheint also bei dem Betreiber im Hintergrund ein guter Wille vorhanden, was in diesem Markt der Online Casinos mit sehr viel unseriösen Akteuren auch wünschenswert wäre.
