I made 10000 inr deposit, which was not credited to my casino balance, in total I made two deposit of same amount, one in morning which was successfully credited into my account. Second transaction which I did in evening funds got deducted but not credited to my casino balance. attaching is transaction detail and bank statement as a proof successful transaction. Please note that my transaction history under my casino account does not show 2nd transaction history. Thanks in advance.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
