Good morning,

My problem is that I have been trying to pay out since May 24th. Every time my payout is canceled without reason or canceled due to a technical fault. In addition, I also hear that I am not Mr. if I don't do that and fill it out correctly, I won't hear anything for 2 days and the payment will be canceled. Who can please help me with this problem? I'm having trouble sleeping because of it.

The difficult thing is that I see a lot of people with the same problems on Trust Pilot and forums at the moment.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thanks for your message. What irritates me and makes it difficult is that my payout is canceled, so I have to resubmit every time. But I'm really afraid that I'm going to be scammed. I'm really disappointed about this.
