I have had an issue with this casino with my most recent withdrawal. I had requested a withdrawal 11 days ago in the amount of $990. I have not received this amount as of yet. I also deposited $60 at one point. This has been taken out of my account and wasn’t credited to my casino account. It’s next to impossible trying to receive the $60 deposit back and now I’m very concerned this will be the same story for the withdrawal of 990 from my casino account that seems to also have disappeared. I don’t usually make these type of claims publicly, but it’s been such a hassle trying to get this problem fixed in a timely manner, let alone it being a large amount to have owed to me that’s disappeared I don’t know where.

Hello!,

yes my account is verified. It has been verified since October 29th, 2022. My winnings accumulated with real money, no bonus was activated at any time. The last time I spoke to the Casino was by email. I had submitted my bank documents, which was requested from their live chat, to show that no money had been received since I made my request for my withdrawal that had been accepted and processed. I haven’t heard back from them since I provided my documents at least over 48 hours ago.
