The player's account got blocked as her husband owned an account too. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
My husband previously had an account on Lucky bull that I was also interested in.
I also created an account and won a jackpot of 2500 €, from which I wanted to withdraw 1100 euros, because the counter had reached its 100%.
They ban us, our money and block our accounts, causing us both to lose a sum.
We supposedly have a double account and according to them that is not allowed. This is outrageous! They don't want any further contact and they don't want to look for a solution together
