The player from Oklahoma had experienced a delayed withdrawal. Upon inquiring about the delay, he had been threatened with a ban and told to wait further. Despite waiting for over 24 hours, the issue persisted. We had advised the player that withdrawals could take several days or even weeks to process and asked him to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We extended the complaint resolution timer by 7 days, but unfortunately, the player did not respond within the given timeframe. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

filefilefile I was inquiring about my withdrawal from 9am. Support threatening to ban me if I asked again. They told me check back after 8hours. I did that. Then said it would be 24 hours. And still waiting.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
