Their time timeframe read from the policy states 1-7 business days to approve and 1-7 business days to receive payout my request was made 7/29/23 been escalated several times docs been updated several times been told to wait 48-72hrs after each escalation time for approval have overlapped complete process and you continue to tell me to be patient and wait really just not acceptable read other reviews about lucky legend and 76% of US players have negative reviews it only takes 5 minutes to deposit why do I have to wait a month to get paid at a casino really

Don’t remember the date my docs were verified you get this big red warning box if you try to request a payout without being verified and I deposited via crypto and I did use a deposit bonus sent everything needed to get verified once verified I was able to make the withdrawal request spoke with them today about my withdrawal they told me that my docs were missing but found and updated and escalated for the 4th time and was told to check back in 24-48 hrs I deposited my money with a no cash out limit bonus

It shows verified on their site just want to be clear that you will not be able to cash out if you are not verified, you don’t have the withdrawal option just a big red warning box saying your are not verified and to contact customer service

They approved my withdrawal for $584.00 my withdrawal amount was for $600.00 used cryptocurrencies to withdraw don’t know what happen with that but as I stated my whole process from finish to end has overlapped guess I will have to wait another 14 days to receive it
