Long story short, I made a deposit $100 at Lucky Legends while playing I won a large sum of money right at $10,000.00 so I went to cash out, they said could only do $2500.00 so I proceeded, have them all documents asked for, then was told they were international and it would be a wire transfer & does my bank accept then, well I asked my bank & was told yes, they gave me a swift number, everything was approved by lucky legends but im still getting the run around, now they are saying it's my bank but its not.

Can you please help me.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I was approved around jan.6th, talked to them on jan.16th & they wanted me to send them another pic of my DL, I did that & they said everything was approved, I used my credit card to make deposit, no bonus was used then, we had another chat where a female was rude & ended chat, so I went back in for another live chat & that guy just kept giving me the run around & he ended chat. Haven't talked to them anymore just keep playing what's left of my winnings, shows my withdrawal still pending.

Lucky Legends Casino could have managed this situation better, but as Lucky Legends Casino is an international casino, the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors, such as the licensing authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. So although some payment methods are usually really quick, sometimes it can take much longer for the payment to be processed, and this is not always in the "casino's hands." We had the opportunity to review the situation and even after searching extensively we were unable to find any banking information submitted on your part sondrascoggins5. With wire transfer it is fairly complicated to obtain all of the necessaries and our 3rd party payment providers can only transfer to active established accounts with certain banks. I would highly suggest either contacting our support team via chat or making a deposit via Bitcoin which should qualify you for Bitcoin withdrawal. The only issue we currently see in this situation is the method of payout and once this is settled we should see things move smoothly from here.

I submitted all my bank info including the swift number, I will submit it again if needed. However when I chatted with a very rude customer service agent they told me the casino would not use my bank. They also said to withdraw from bitcoin I would have to deposit with bitcoin but this was not stated when I opened the account. They also said they would not send checks but that Is suppose to be an option. When I ask what I should to they said use another bank BUT It has to have been opened for at least 3 months.

That was not stated in the beginning either .

So I do not understand what i am suppose to do.

My bank said it would accept a wire transfer when they gave me the swift number .

The casino did have that info or the agent wouldn't have told my they dont use that bank.

I should be able to withdrawl you accepted my deposit!!! And again the casino agent was very rude.

It seems like I am just getting the run around.

Please advise me what I need to do so that I can withdrawl.
