I won 3k my limit was to low and it let me get 700. I then got the vip to increase my account limits only to get restrictions on my account and over all I am out of the remaining 1700 as well as the 250 min deposit for vip bonus. Refund is a must or any type of credit to consider for the future. Please feel free to give me any feedback on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I applied for a VIP promo and ever since my account has been restricted from doing anything I made a few more deposits also I've even won money that I was not able to withdraw A total of 3000 and it only let me withdraw 700 due to a limit on my account which was the reasoning for me Trying to get the VIP which I talk to customer support and said that it would increase my limit and allow me to withdraw more via coin draw That turned out to be not true I even saved the conversation to my phone where they said yes it will increase my limit after assuring that I was clear with my question.

$2324.00 is the balance I was unable withdrawal amount and $250.00 was spent for the VIP. In result account restrictions were applied to the account.

I had a look and there are only two requested withdrawals, one for $1230 and the other for $708 both of which have been paid in full. I'm not certain as to the complaint here honestly, all requested funds have been paid and there is no withdrawable balance in the system.
