I put in for my withdrawal from lucky legends casino on 12/14/2024. I completed the verification process and was told I would receive a Email when they was done processing. Okay so now I wait and still no Email I go in to check the status and it says waiting for review. I then reached out to them and they tell me that each redemption is personal handle by a representative and that they would need a few more days and the it might be a few weeks because the volume on withdrawal is high I say okay but now I can't getany information or a answer from them at all its like they are ignoring me. Please see the attachments
