I have been playing with my own money and I had a few winnings and I had redeem four deposit from the casino and everything was paid off through my PayPal. I went July 1 to redeem some money from my winnings with my own money and a couple of free spins And asked me to verify myself with kyc form and I verified everything and when I finish verified and now is saying it couldn’t verify me to reach out to the KYC department and I reached out to them. No one has reached me back, but on the website in my inbox is say I was verified completely so now they’re not letting me redeem no more than $50 and I also have $600 waiting to receive you, please help me. Thank you so much because I really need my money.

Just checked in my spam folder and I see where all the messages for the verification department was not received. It was sent back because it says that it is full and can’t receive no more messages so still don’t know what else to do. Spent my money on the game had a few free plays, and won just what was due to me.

Could someone please help me and their saying redemption request as failed and sent the money back to my account on the game but I want to redeem my winnings I spent a lot of money on this game and I would like to get my money back this is so wrong longs as I was deposited hundreds of dollars it was ok but now I that I won and there having trouble depositing my winnings someone please help me I would really appreciate it thanks
