The player from Norway was dealing with a withdrawal delay. After he had deposited via paysafecard, only the bank transfer withdrawal option was available. The casino had temporarily closed his account for verification during withdrawal but had been unresponsive for over 9 hours, which caused frustration for the player. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, the player reported that his account was fully verified and the withdrawal had not been processed after 48 hours. We had extended the timer for resolution by 7 days, but due to lack of response from the player, the complaint was rejected.

I made a deposit with paysafecard. There is no option to withdraw to paysafecard, so the only withdraw option is Banktransfer which has a minimum withdraw limit of 5000Nok (pretty sick). But i manage to turn my deposit to a nice win and i could make a withdraw with that option. They have all my documents verified. But to complete my withdrawal they need to temporaliy close my account down until they have settle the withdraw manually. But the frustration thing is that i have to wait for it to be complete and have now been waiting for over 9 hours. So I think when they need to disable my account to make the withdrawal they should make it PRIO one to approve it and open my account within an hour. I have asked the livechat for help but they only answer that I have to wait a little bit more all the time..

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
