Case summary

The player from Poland had used a special mouse button to rapidly place bets in a tournament on Luckydice casino. This had resulted in his wagers not being counted due to suspected bot use. The player had lost 952.06XRP and was denied a $700 prize he believed he had won. The player had clarified that his mouse had a built-in feature that allowed for faster clicking, not a program or macro. Despite multiple attempts to contact the casino for clarification and resolution, there had been no response from the casino's side. Consequently, the complaint had been marked as 'unresolved' due to the casino's lack of cooperation.

Hello, i've wagered 2 minutes before the tournament ended to win the prize of $700, however my wager did not apply in the tournament, next day i got the answer from the staff that:

"Hey there! Our system has detected that your account was using bots. This is forbidden by our terms and conditions, and that is the reason why you are not in the last and current tournament."

I was using mouse macro in order to bet quickly, it's not a bot.

My main account(on bitkong, the wager issue happend on luckydice - their sibling casino with different games) - has no issues if it comes to wagering so why would i ever know they disabled my wagers?

Do i have no right to know that my bets won't be counted as a wager before i place a bet?

i was betting 1.01x target every bet and wagered around $50k to win the first prize, lost 952,06XRP like that in the process.

Dear shmotles,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I have checked the Terms and Conditions of BitKong Casino, and this is what I found:

BitKong prohibits player collusion and do not allow any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in game play. BitKong reserves the right to void any game play which results from the use of robots and/or programmed devices.

Do I understand correctly that you used a program so that you could make faster bets?

Have you made any deposits to be able to enter the tournament or was it a free tournament? Kindly send me the exact link to the tournament you participated in.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

It wasn't specifically mouse macro or a program or anything like that, in my mouse Steelseries Aerox 5 wireless i have a mouse key button in the middle that presses left click, it's still manual play nothing like a robot, here is link for the tournament: https://luckydice.com/en/app/tournaments

Made an exact 1000XRP deposit to wager it out, wagered $50k to be #1 place(and win prize of $700) but none of my wagers counted and i only lost money.

regarding my first message i said i used a "mouse macro" but i wasn't even a macro, as i've checked my mouse, it's simply a feature inbuilt to my mouse, i didn't make any macros by myself and don't have any macros set in my mouse.

Hello there,

Thank you shmotles for providing us with all the information. I hope we'll be able to resolve this issue together.

I would now like to ask BitKong Casino for their help in resolving this complaint. We would like to know why were the player's wagers declined and what can we do to help resolve this issue.

Thank you!

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

i'd like to notice there is and was a lot of suspicious activity going on around the casino for a while already...

here is my "investigation" i wanted to post on the bitcointalk forum but did not eventually:

https://pastebin.com/mCms29A4(last tournament there was 8 of those "players" in the top 10.)

but after what happend to me with the tournament reward i'd also like them to confront those publicly.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

Best regards,

Peter

bitkong, luckydice and simpledice - all of those is from them.

We really should make sure as many people get to know about their cheats as we can.
