The player from United States is experiencing difficulties withdrawing her funds. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited 20 dollars and won 300 . I verified my account online and talked to a lady on the phone whom told me to withdraw. So I went to withdraw in which while I was withdrawing ,your casino motified my account by putting a bonus on my account in which i did not claim nor want therefore my withdraw couldn't process. I have screenshots to prove this. So then I beat your pkaythrough and it still will not let me withdraw. Theres no good customer service to talk too and you need to be sued.
