The player from the US is experiencing some problems with bonuses and withdrawals. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They take all the real money first even though they false advertise to get bonus money..the bonus money in your account cannot be withdrawn ..that's a rip off..I still have money in my account but can't get it ...not legit..scammers .. farce

What do you mean by false advertisement and that bonus money cannot be withdrawn?
