The player requested three withdrawals but received only one of them. The issue was resolved. The player received the remaining payments a few days later.

Hi there,


Between June and July I have made 3 withdrawals. All 3 withdrawals have been successful and 1 withdrawal was processed to my bank account.

13/06/21 withdrawal of 300 was successfully received in my bank account roughly 2 weeks after.

14/06/21 after depositing again I withdrew 500 which was successful but I have still not received the funds.

5/07/21 I deposited again and successfully withdrew 300. I understand this withdrawal could still be processing? But haven't received the funds.


In total I have withdrew 1100 over 3 different dates but I have only received 300 so far.


Communication via email has seemed to stopped over the last 2 weeks, I've sent several emails to lucky bar support and complaints but no reply. Before this they was replying pretty quick.


I can access the account and have photos of the withdrawal status etc.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Let me ask you a few more question to clarify some things. Was any of your withdrawable amount generated from bonus money? Have you tried to revert the withdrawal or a different payment method? Did the casino ever gave you any kind of explanation?

Also please, forward any additional proof or conversation with the casino to nikolas.b @casino.guru.
