The player's winnings were not credited due to a technical glitch. The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond to us.
Won 30 and did not show on my balance talked to live chat and they said no record I have been on the game I won the money on! Did you take a photo! No way would I and when I went back to the game the 3 boxes were there that I won on so I took the photo to show him proof and then now say they had to been in line what a load of crap it came up with the different win and I got 300 coins
I know it not 3,000 but its the principle of it
