On April 8 a redemption of 300.00 was accepted by Luckyland Casino and I was asked to submit a photo ID and recent bank state which I did on April 8.

Their reply was they haven't received my bank statement and I.D. which I sent the same day they asked for on April 8. I will try to submit another request in a few days when my daughter comes to help me to do it cause I need her help to do it
