The player from Germany had his account blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited through the site and didn't get a bonus as advertised. When asked, my account is blocked even though I have just created it. It was due to "the decisions of the management not possible", according to the support. With further inquiries the same answer came again and the support said goodbye as soon as it could.
