Absolutely terrible casino/slot site. Worst I've been on. Trying to make a withdrawal, then asked to give proof of identification, proof of address, proof of transaction, proof of bank card. Then wanting me to deposit more money from a different bank card for them to go ahead and proceed with my withdrawal. Absolutely scam of a casino. I'd advice anyone not to visit this site. Definitely one to miss.

Yeahh all it was verified. Done everything they said. Wanted me to deposit more money from another bank card to receive my withdrawal. I have no other bank card. so cannot do that. So lost £50. Customer service was quite rude aswell!

Thank you for your reply, Welshdad. Unfortunately, some banks reject transactions coming from gambling establishments, therefore casinos suggest that players use alternative withdrawal methods.

Do I understand correctly that you ended up losing all your winnings?

Yeah I lost all my winnings, when he told me to deposit another £10 he didn't say from another card, so I also lost that.

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
