I have deposited my own money with live casino and I ended up winning £1000.00. Its now been 31 working business days I have not received my winnings. When I contact the online support forum I keep getting told "be patient we will pay you soon, just waiting on finance department to authorise your winnings".

I now realise the casino is a rip off I have spent over £200 of my own money and have not once received any of my winnings the biggest win they still owe me is for £1000. If anybody has any advice on how I can report this rogue casino to anything that will help me get paid or close this casino down please email me at vince5112@gmail.com

By the same token if you play live casino slots and have been paid I would also love to hear from you.

I would advise everyone to avoid love casino because they do not pay out.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
