The player from UK has been blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi they locked my account so I can't withdraw sent them emails been on the live chat they will not reply even though it says replying in minutes it's been days not one reply by email or chat I can't withdraw the money because they have locked me out of my personal area all I can do on the site it get to live chat which clearly isn't live there impossible to contact
