While the player played a live roulette from Evolution game provider an error occurred. As a result, the player lost his winnings. He contacted the Evolution’s customer support and was informed his case was resolved. He was instructed to contact the casino’s support. However, the casino rejected his claims and offered him a bonus instead. The player didn’t accept the bonus and demands a refund. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

i have contacted  the owner of this site about a problem with lordlucky not paying or refunding a amount since the provider ordered them to refund and what do i see here giving this scam site lordlucky a 9.1 rating.wich means all your casino ratings are fake.unbelievable.

i have not the energy to go thru this once again.if it is correct one of your collages have all the information about this issue.basicly what is going on i had an error while playing evolution live roulette and the Evolution support investigated the case and adviced lordlucky to refund but they refused.wich is not professional while i have lost on theis casino a good amount.

Hello Halil, 

we received an email from a casino rep. It states that you were advised that the casino investigated with Evolution Gaming the said rounds and that "the two bets were ejected and the customer’s original stakes were refunded to his balance." 

Did you receive the refund?

we are talking here about an error wich occur at the moment when you are able to win a bet after a loosing streak.is it not weird that it does not happen when you are losing?.unfortunately i dont remember if i got the bets refunded. ithis not the way to run a casino.these happened to me several times and most trustful casinos refunded the whole bet inluding the profit.

for me is it important to let players see that casinos have a inbuild safe guard to prevent you winning by just  making an error  happening.

Thank you for the reply. The casino stated the two bets were refunded to your account. If you don’t remember if the bets were refunded, there is no evidence that the casino made you lose money. It is very unpleasant when a technical glitch occurs, but it doesn’t necessarily mean it was caused by the casino. I recommend you to record your gameplay in the future. You will be able to use the videos as evidence. At the moment, there is no reason for us to penalize the casino.
