Ich habe bei Locowin einen Bonus erhalten, ich schätze es waren 30 Euro auf meine 30 Euro Einzahlung. 500 Euro wollte ich ausgezahlt bekommen, doch es hieß ich habe bei einem Spiel mit mehr als 4 Euro Wetteinsatz gespielt und somit wurde mir meine Auszahlung verwehrt. Am Ende waren nur noch 30 Euro auf meinem Account. Der Live Support reagiert nicht und ich bin am verzweifeln, mehrere Foren haben mich auf Sie hingewiesen und ich hoffe Sie können mir hierbei behilflich sein.

Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Can you access your betting history and if yes, could you please forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru?

We would like to see the casino to prevent players to bet over the maximum allowed amount but unfortunately this is not yet an industry standard. If you really did bet over the allowed amount, we won't be able to do anything with it.
