I paid 2 x 2000 €.
Last week, Tuesday, I received my first email, payment processed. Wednesday the 2nd mail, payment processed. A week later there was still no money in the account.
The only option was to pay out via WireTransfer. In the chat it is only said that it should be there by Wednesday at the latest and supposedly everything has already been paid out. Verification completed and payouts, as I said, according to the mail and according to the chat staff, paid out and transferred. Just still no money in the account 😕

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
