The player's account was under investigation for over 3 months without any update regarding it's status. The casino informed the player that upon completing the investigation, some of the player's bets had been voided but that they were now able to make a withdrawal. Upon receipt of all outstanding payments, the issue was resolved.

Hi, I have an issue withdrawing from live-bet.com, They are same affiliate as Campeonbet/Svenbet and so on, (owned by CW Marketing B.V.)


I have passed the KYC process, but after requesting payout after this was completed I was informed that my withdrawal option has been suspended and my account is being reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons. (this happened 12. July), After waiting till this day, I have been asking for an update regularly, but keep getting the same reply: (Kindly note that the reason behind the review is not disclosed with other departments before the completion of it.We kindly request for your patience and upon any update you shall be notified at once via email.) But they never reach out to me with an update, I have read that players using Campeonbet (owned by the same company as Live-bet) have had the same issue; some players have been waiting for more than 6 months without any update.


Any way you could help me with this, I have about 2200 euro on my account.

Could you please advise if your account has been ever verified before? Did you ever use any bonus in the casino? Is there anyone else from your household playing in the same casino? Did the casino ever specify the reason of this long lasting check?

The account went through a kyc loop before this happend, but got vertfified in the end, never used any bonuses, no one from my household uses it, only me. They never specified a reason for the investegation.

Hi the casino has come back to me with a response, the withdrawal option on my account has been reinstated and it was found in the investegation that some of my bets that won have been graded void due to them being placed at a time when the event was live and lines were supposed to be closed, the total sum in my account is now just over 15500,-, i understand this decision made by them, and am now waiting to withdraw the sum of 15500,-

Last withdrawal finally received, i would strongly advise future players to never enter this casino as they on purpose will hold your money for a long time if you are a winner, one of the worst casinos in history, stay far away!!! I consider myself lucky i even got my money out of this shitwhole...
