As seems to be the case with many other people, I am having issues getting verified in order to withdraw money I won. I have a withdraw-able balance but there is an alert that keeps telling me I need to submit documents to verify my identity. I submitted these documents on 8/7/2024 and have yet to see any change on my account. I have sent multiple e-mails to customer service asking if they received my documents and if I can have an updated time frame as to when they will be approved and all I get is an automated response that does not answer any of my questions. I would like to know if they have received my submitted documents and when I can expect to be approved to withdraw my funds. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I don’t know where else to turn.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
