The player from New Zealand had accepted 50 free spins and subsequently won $40. However, he had been facing verification delays since December 26th. A $20 deposit he had made was also pending in his casino account. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, the player did not respond to our messages and questions. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had no choice but to close the complaint.

Hi Team, long story short, kindly accepted 50 free spins, yippee had a little win, $40 odd I believe, wagered this the correct amount of times, as my winnings were massively cut down to the amount you're allowed to win. Race off to withdraw and boom... obviously have to verify my account, yes did this on Dec 26th with my driver's license, front, back and selfie, have also completed this with Passport too. Have been waiting and waiting and still no verification. Please help

Currently I can not upload emails, as I'm using emails to write this but shall do soon or when you get back. I was asked to make a minimum deposit of us$10 and made a $20 instead hoping I could start playing with yet this is still to show up in my account and have been told it will once verification has taken place and withdrawal has taken place

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Could you please confirm that you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format? If yes, I believe that it is only a matter of time before your account is verified and the delay could be easily caused by the holiday season.
