Hi casinoguru, Please help!


I made a $ 20 Midweek Reload Bonus

70% bonus, I played I won $ 290, they say I played on machines that I shouldn't have ... (on other casino sites, it doesn't count in wagering or don't let me play on it) prize. today they canceled my $ 290 om and put $ 20 back in my account plus they refused to accept the data. plus I only lost what they say you shouldn’t play on those manufacturers. positive: I can’t say anything good, my money was stolen by a rogue gang. no one to pay here.


I was so dissapointed when I realized your letter, I don't understarnd the rating 8.18/10 on askgamblers.com

I am a big player who play at hundreds of gambling sites generally. 

I did a deposit of 20$ (70%) and I won 290$ , this was my first win, but I did more deposit before, I lost them.

Now I finally won, and Lilibet doesn't want to pay me regarding that some of the slot machine doesn't meet the wagering requirements.

As the playing time spent, I realised that my wager didn't completing, and I played some producers that doesn't count so I played at other producers.

My biggest wins: 

Golden fish tank 137.26 $ ( ygdrasil) 

Lilith’s Inferno 132.30 $ ( ygdrasil)

Flame buster   134.45$  ( Thunderkick)

Sweeet bonanza xmas 93.25$ ( pragmatic) 

other pragmatic slots.

I attached every proof, it is the most important that the player get the winnings, especially me, who lost more times at this site.

At other sites if the provider is restricted, you cannot play that slot, or you can play with the slot, but it doesn't count to the wagering.

If you are aware of placing bets on restricted games while wagering your bonus, sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

the total is so that


1, or no heart into the wagering but you can play on it


2, does not even show the balance


in addition microgaming and ygdrasil I lost

1. every casino sites you cannout play at some producers and it doesnt show the balance but it doesnt count

2. in the rules when you gain money from the slots which are restricted you get the money back and I lose those slots

3. I deposit times I used those slots too and I didnt get my money back. now i won from 20 $ 290é but i only get the last 20$ back?

4. if I deposit 50 x 50 $, I get back only 20$? what about the previous 49 deposit? every other casino sites pay me if I win

As I mentioned earlier, we would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to play restricted games, and, as a result, you breached the bonus rule. Please understand that violating this term led to confiscating the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process.
