Please be aware that it is against the terms and conditions of most casinos to redeem multiple No Deposit Bonuses consecutively. Unfortunately, we believe it is not unjust for casinos to confiscate winnings in such situations as this is a common practice. I have frequented the online casino since 2012. I have deposited thousands until recently because I wanted to pay off my credit card that I had run into the thousands on this website alone. I have not in a couple of years won any money playing for free, but mysteriously my withdrawal and deposits have disappeared for the last six months. I have records of my deposits but the casino should have any record of withdrawals to prove I have made any withdrawals playing with free money.

Thank you for your reply, horshu9255. Unfortunately, I am not sure how your last messages relate to this case. The casino confiscated your winnings because you played with two no-deposit bonuses without a deposit in between, and if that was the case, it was a valid reason for them to do so.

I did not see where i had made ANY withdrawals using their free bonuses which is the cause for them to confiscate my winnings. Deposits had been made up until March. If the decision is that I am not to receive ANY winnings, I choose not to deposit or frequent this particular casino because of the petty amount in dispute. If they do not want customers to withdraw winnings on the free money bonus, don't advertise it.

Alright, it's obvious that we're not making any progress with this case. You could make a deposit in the past, but if you didn't make a deposit between activating two no-deposit bonuses, the casino confiscated your winnings in compliance with their bonus terms and conditions. I can only recommend that you avoid doing the same mistake in the future so you can safely withdraw your bonus winnings.
