Christmas morning I used a bonus 20 freeplay that depositors get every month once joining and making initial deposit of 25 which I made on 9-10-2023. I won 805.77 after meeting all wagering requirements and now they say I used to much freeplay and are rejecting it.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How many bonuses did you claim since your last deposit? When was the last time you deposited? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that this is a completely common rule and if you really did claim multiple bonuses in row without depositing, the casino has right to void the winnings.

i deposited on october 9th the bonus i used was one they advertise that if u deposit you get amber status allowing free $20 every month for a year
