First let me explain that I have made MANY deposits over the years, and am a top level VIP player. I have twice attempted to withdraw winnings at LINCOLN and LIBERTY SLOTS casinos, and both time found it much harder to verify and get payments than ANY OTHER CASINO I play at. After over a week of back and forth, I finally canceled my cashout request the first time and wound up losing the money. This time, again they played games, demanded more verification than other casinos and delayed. I sent an email to the VIP host asking for their assistance, and they refused to help. I gave up, and demanded that they close my account at both casinos. If you enjoy playing, then LIBERTY is a great place, BUT if you every wish to cash out - then I strongly suggest you stay away from LINCOLN and LIBERTY SLOTS.

Please understand KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Each casino is unique and requires different documents from players.

Do I understand correctly that you managed to lose all your winnings and then you closed the account?
