I've had 2 days since I needed to do verification again today is the 3rd day my issue is that I had to send them I wrote several times and the question I had was in one word the last msm was from the company Leon "Congratulations. Yes You have to wait for the verification to be completed ." They haven't told me if I need to send anything else, nor have they left me in the question mark. So far, I have sent an identity card, front and back, my credit card, as it asks for an account in my name, transaction account
I can't understand why I need to wait 14 days maybe even a month from what I read from other users while when I did the writing the certification was done immediately thank you I will wait for your reply

The 14 days are a recommend time frame from us based on our experience as it take mostly that time to finish the process once all the documents have been provided. Please let us know until the end of this week if there will be any update and if not, we will definitely intervene.
