I try to make a withdrawal and it keeps getting cancelled, they send me a message that the bank's system doesn't accept it. I've tried 3 different bank accounts (different banks) the same with all 3. I contacted the banks and they tell me that there doesn't seem to be any attempt money transfer. but I made a deposit normally from the 2 bank accounts I mentioned before... maybe it takes time to verify the details because they don't let me know. can you help me?

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yes everything is settled...but now he has withdrawn more amount and now I am waiting to see when the money will be in my account.it has been 3 days now I am waiting to see....thanks in advance..
