Dear carneirojoyce743,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about the Payout ratio (RTP):
https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance
Furthermore, all regulated casinos require players to wager real money deposits. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. The deposit wagering requirements are usually 3-10x the value of the last deposit, and it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s withdrawal rules in the T&Cs and I found this:
4.16 When crediting an account using one of one-way systems, that is, systems that cannot be withdrawn, as well as when crediting funds from bank cards and payment terminals, you are to use your entire deposit amount for betting before you request a withdrawal. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse such a withdrawal.
If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding your complaint.
Best regards,
Kristina
