Leon Casino - Player’s deposits are delayed and uncredited.

I have been using leon bet over the years but, never won big money but, never complaint anyday. But, on 26th nov 2024 I have made a deposit of 500 at 4:04 pm IST but, the money isn't credited to my account again I made a deposit of 1000 at 8:2 pm IST that too not credited. Even, the customer service is also not helpful. Both the payments deducted from my bank account. This is really poor service, this is irritating and frustrating. I am loosing the all matches I heve bet on from past 2 weeks now, I have that full confidence that I can will by placing 3 match combo bet on Abudhabi t10 league on UP nawabs, Bangla tigers and Delhi bulls 2 matches were completed and both won by up nawabs and Bangla tigers respectively. Now, what should I say I would have won the bet with 14+ odds which means 500×14+ odds = 7k plus profits. Even, after the 500 didn't credited, I made a deposit of 1000 to put bet on Bangla tigers and Delhi bulls where the odds with 4plus which could give a 4k plus win. With their poor service not only my deposit not credited but, I lost money which I should have won. This is really really really poor service from leon. So, I wanted to give them 2,3 eating only out of 10

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Additionally, as we do not handle sports betting related issues, we can focus only on the uncredited deposits.

Yaah, it's happened 3 times a day 1st one is 500 at 4:04 pm, 2nd is 1000 at 8:08 pm and the final one is 500 at 9:38 pm. But, the 1000 is credited later and the 2 transactions not credited to my account till now

Thank you for your message. Please forward the payment confirmations from your bank directly to the casino. After that, it may take up to a month for the casino to credit the missing funds, as it can take time to locate them.
