The player from India had made a successful deposit of 1750 on February 28th 2024, but it had not been credited to his Leonbet account. Despite daily correspondence with customer support and providing a payment slip, the issue had not been resolved after 11 days. The casino insisted the payment was being held by the payment provider. We had suggested he contact his payment provider and forwarded the payment confirmation to the casino. However, the player had not responded to our messages, hence we were unable to investigate further. The complaint had been rejected due to lack of cooperation from the player.

I tried to deposit 1750 on Feb 28th 2024 and payment was successful debited but still not credited in my leonbet account, it almost 11 days over but still not credited , daily I will aske update to their customer support but they saying same thing from last 11 days that payment was hold by payment provider. I already shared payment slip with them to find my deposit but they are not taking any action otherwise 11 days is so much time solve any issue . I think they are fraud and cheating customer money pls help with my deposit

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I have no authority to contact payment provider it is totally casino side responsible to contact payment provider and solve the issue and casino support saying that they are investigating my deposit transaction from payment provider and it taking lot of time. I attached chatting screenshot of casino support pls check for your reference file

Dear gajanandjagwe,

Did you forward the payment confirmation to the casino? Once you did, it might take up to 1-3 weeks for the casino to locate the lost transaction depending on payment provider.
