The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. The player later confirmed that the deposit was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I have made a deposit of 1000inr on 6th of Feb 2023 but the amount is not credited till now i have provided all the info they asked for like payment slip and bank statement many times through live chat as well as email but they only say it is forwarded the relevant department and they will respond to you via email but no response since 6th Feb so please help me i asked for deposit amount as well as 50k inr as an inconvenience caused

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
