The player from India had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. Upon submitting the complaint, the player had reported receiving a portion of his withdrawal but claimed that a certain amount had been deducted without reason. The Complaints Team had tried to investigate this issue further and had extended the complaint response time by 7 days. However, due to the player's lack of response to further inquiries, we were unable to proceed with the investigation. The complaint was subsequently closed.

When I made a withdrawal, I asked for full account verification.My account verification got verified in 1 month after that I made withdrawal of Rs 9430.After withdrawal, INR 6692.72 was deducted from my account and a debit correction was made. After that some amount was stolen and even withdrawal was not given.please help me casinoguru 😔

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
