The player from Canada has not received a birthday bonus. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I didnt get my birthday bonus on there casino. They said i need to deposit 100 to recieve the 100 birthday bonus but i just saw in there conditions its just 45 dollars deposit to get the birthday bonus.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the Bonus T&Cs and I found this:
"10.5 Birthday bonus
All LEGZO Casino players with Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels will receive a no deposit cash bonus on their birthday. The bonus will be awarded for depositing at least 100 CAD over the last 180 days before the end of the User's birthday. This bonus is only available for verified players on their birthday, and for 7 days afterwards. The birthday bonus is valid for 7 days after activation. Once the wagering requirements are met and the bonus is transferred to the cash balance, it becomes available to withdraw. Click here for more information."
I am afraid that if you didn't fulfill all the necessary conditions to be eligible for this bonus, there is not much more we could do for you.

Thank you for your reply, Kinitnambewan. Unfortunately, I don't see any pictures from you. Furthermore, you should be aware that casinos are free to design the bonus condition and they are allowed to change them. If the conditions were changed before you were even eligible for the bonus, there is nothing we can do.
