I have submitted a withdrawal request of 165 euros by bank transfer to the above company! It states that withdrawals are processed within 3 working days, which have already passed, and it is now the 4th day, yet I have not received my money! Please kindly look into my issue. The withdrawal was made on 10/11/2024.

ok well thanks! just so you know, they told me that there is no identification issue, as for this part I'm ok
they canceled my withdrawal and returned the money to the casino because I didn't withdraw the same way I made a deposit, while they assured me that there is no problem in this regard! I requested a withdrawal again in the same way I made a deposit here and 2 days and still nothing waiting, whatever the company is, it is playing with our money and cheating!
