already closed my account as they took way to long to process my withdrawals. at first everything was ok, i couldn't log in back to my account but like after 1 month i received new promotional emails with a i think 300% bonus and to my surprise i could relog into my account, and unfortunately deposited on the bonus. now i'm trying to close my account again for good as intended the first time, but emails to the emails address provided on the website and while talking to agents in the live chat (who say they can't close the account in chat) remain unanswered.

withdrawals take way to long. so i don't want to play on this casino ever again.


wrote the first mail on february 1st and got no reply for like 5 days, live chat said they couldn't see i sent a mail, so yesterday i was spamming their live chat and their email address. this way i actually got a reply (6.2.25 17:06) asking me to confirm that i want to close my account, to my confirmation i haven't received any reply yet.

Thank you for your reply, YOyoyoLAN. Although I understand your frustration, we are not in a position to force casinos to close players' accounts unless they express gambling problems. The easiest solution is to unsubscribe from all communications with the casino and stop using the account. The vast majority of online casinos close inactive accounts sooner or later anyway.
