The player from Ireland had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised her to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint, as this delay could have been due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. After a short period of time, the player confirmed that she had received her winnings. Consequently, we marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I withdrew 500e Sunday.. and i have not recieved any update on my payment.. its day 4 now and they say within 1-3 business days. everytime i go to live chat they say the same thing "as soon as its processed you will see the status of your payment throught the balance history".. since doing more research on legend play i found nothing but bad reviews.. im worried i wont get my money an that i have been scammed.. i researched the casino licence which is"PECB" and not fully convinced that all this is legit.. even on PECB website they warn of other companys using them for fraudulant activity. I have asked to be verified to hopefully speed up the process up ( I assume eventually thats what they will ask me when trying to process the money) but was told i dont need to as of now... the casino is from Curacao ( not sure if this info is any use)

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
