Case summary

The player from Brazil experienced a delayed withdrawal process for two months despite having a verified account. Attempts to withdraw different amounts were unsuccessful. Finally, the player's account was blocked citing 'fraudulent activity' without a clear explanation, with a balance of 10500 BRL still locked in. It seems to be a common practice of Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue therefore the complain remains unresolved.

my account was verified on October 5th

I had already made some deposits and in one of them I won some money and tried to make a withdrawal of 1000 BRL, it was under review for weeks and nothing, so I went to the live chat and they told me to try with smaller withdrawals.

I tried with 500, 200, but it never processed

I logged back into the live chat and was informed that my account was being verified (my account had already been verified, as I said above)

However, I continued betting and the balance increased to 10500 BRL

It's been almost 2 months since I tried to make a withdrawal and all they said was that my account was being verified.

In the meantime, I contacted support, but nothing was resolved.

On November 30th I accessed the website to access my account and it was blocked.

I logged back into the live chat and was informed that my account had been blocked due to "fraudulent activity"

I asked them to explain exactly what action resulted in this, since all I did was spin Slots.

They didn't give an answer and my account remained blocked with the 10500 BRL in it.

After almost 2 months of trying to avoid paying, they tried to accuse me of cheating, things like using algorithms to win on slots, something we know doesn't exist

Hello Alexzero,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with League of Slots Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they specify what "fraudulent activity" have you done?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hello, I ended up putting some wrong dates

I started playing at the casino around September 29th.

On October 5th the account was fully verified.

At first I played with some deposit bonuses.

I completed the requirements and increased my bankroll when I placed first in a weekly tournament I had. my prize was 1250BRL, after that the balance only went up,

It stayed at 5000BRL for a long time, until yesterday I managed to make a big win of more than 5000BRL with a bet of 5BRL

Apart from today when I tried to log in and it was blocked, I last contacted support on November 29th.

I always contacted support to inquire about withdrawals that were never processed

In support, they just said it was due to fraudulent activity, something about algorithms or bots.

I asked the attendant to tell me exactly what caused this ban and problem with the withdrawal that was never paid, she just told me to go read the rules

The only thing I can imagine is that when I participated in the tournament I left a slot running while I slept, it worked for 2 days in a row, but I didn't use anything, the slot is from a provider that if you put it on automatic, it would work infinitely as long as you had money.

There is no cheating or anything that gives me an advantage in terms of win%.

these are clearly unfounded accusations just to not pay after 2 months of standstill

If there is any part that is confusing, please ask again and I will try to answer better as I am using Google Translate

slots like "keks" run infinitely if set to automatic

As it is still unclear why did the casino block your balance, your complaint will be now forwarded to my colleague Peter (peter.c@casino.guru) who will be assisting you from now on.

Wish you best luck resolving it.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

Best regards,

Peter
