Hi,


I'm submitting this complaint because I've had countless problems with this casino.


  1. The bonuses: Many times, when I deposited, I received the wrong amount of bonus and the wrong wagering amount for the bonus. When I contacted them via chat, they keep saying it's normal while on their terms and conditions, it says the opposite. Sometimes, they make things up and even say the opposite to their terms and conditions, just to stop talking to customers, when it clearly says the opposite on their terms and conditions. One of the few examples is this: the free spins "kash" which would go on the the cash balance (as says in their terms and conditions attached here), but they would credited it to me on the bonus balance, with the wrong wagering amount which is almost impossible to acquire. An other example is that the wagering amount would be wrong calculated, but they think I don't read their terms and conditions and say whatever lies to be done with it. There are many other things, which I can forward the chat scripts and emails.
  2. Bugs. I encountered a lot of bugs throughout my plays and bets. the website has a lot of technical issues and make the gaming experiences impossible.
  3. The staffs are very unprofessional and incompetent, and the way they talk to customers is very angering and frustrating, even when I already showed them proof, they manage to say lies. (I can forward the scripts via email)
  4. Last but not least: they don't have a licence. Even on here, in Casino Guru, you can see that they don't have a licence. The licence on a casino usually shows up at the end of the page, but this one has none! Meanwhile, they keep claiming they do have a licence but are unable to prove it or show it to me. In their terms, they said: "We can't show the license to you." for some reason. When I ask for their license or even the contact of the license, they absolutely refuse to give it to me. (I can forward you the transcript via email). They operate without any legality and cannot be trusted, ever! And when I caught them on it and told them, they email me back few days later with 20 free spins no deposit. I have done my own researches on the internet about this casino, and one thing is for sure, they do not have a license and are lying about it.


Therefore, I'd like all my deposits from this casino, which is a total amount of 440euros on this casino.

Did you suffer any loss due to the issues you mentioned? What is your disputed amount in the complaint based on? Since when exactly are you experiencing these issues?

Please forward the above mentioned proof to nikolas.b@casino.guru so I can run through them. Also if you are so dissatisfied with the casino, but it did not cause you any financial loss yet, I would definitely recommend to quit the casino and find a new one where you could play safely.

To answer your questions:

Yes, I did have some losses to my balance with the bugs happening constantly. I've experienced all of these issues since the moment I signed up, which was on January 19 2022. They kept saying that the technical issues will get fixed but they never did. It took a lot of hours and days to discuss the issues with them, some would get fixed the next day, some would never get fixed like the technical issues. They keep claiming to have a license, but would not show it and it is nowhere to be found. People on the internet was saying this website is not trustful, which I should have read before starting to play. I can't trust anything they say, and the website is definitely not reliable, and the staff keep telling lies. Therefore, when I discovered that their website is very faulty, I asked for all my deposits back, which is a total amount of 440euros. I went back to the website yesterday to check my transactions, and only the most recent ones show up. The rest disappeared! What is this casino...?

Yes, so to sum up the important parts:

  • Bonuses have been wrong, I have been discussing that for hours with them and they keep inventing things and saying the opposite to their terms and conditions, even though I've shown them proofs.
  • I told them I encountered some bugs, causing a few loss on the money I deposited. All they could say was sorry.
  • The staffs kept lying to the customers (staffs are very incompetent and impolite), even when it concerns their rights, and sometimes just shut downs the chat if they've been caught on their lie.
  • Their license is nowhere to be found, when I asked for it, they claim they do have one but wouldn't show it to me or are unable to prove it. I even asked for the contact of their license, but they refused.


So to conclude, this casino is not to be trusted, especially the fact that they don't have a licence and lie about it. I've had only faced problems since I came to this casino. I'm asking for my money back, which is a total of 440euros.

Unfortunately, based on all the information from you we can't really build up a case against the casino as there is no concrete evidence. The conversation with the live char or e-mails with the casino isn't enough proof to accuse them. In such cases we usally recommend to contact the license of the casino but in this case is not possible as they do not have any. I would definitely however recommend to switch to another casino with better review. I can understand that you wish to get a refund of your deposits but it is not possible to prove that you would have won anything anyway - you could have lost it in a different casino without any technical errors as well. I'm really sorry that we are not able to assist you in this case but our hands are tied without the relevant evidence.
