The player from the UK breached a rule, so the casino confiscated his winnings. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
l deposited and played the same way l always play and normally lose but for once. l managed to bank some winning along the way. at no time did any message come up to say these bets are not allowded.. and if l lost. they wouldent say a word but as l managed to win. l was breaking there rules and refused to pay me which ruined my xmas and the grankids went without. if a bet is not valid. a message should come up to tell you..instead they let you play hoping you lose but if you win, they refuse too pay. stay away from these crooks..
