The player from Arizona has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They will not VALADATE my ACCOUT . I have every single document multiple times and they keep lying saying they have not received them. They reply but sending me fake undownloadable an clearly uneditable fraudulent documents asking me to download and edit them. It oblivious they are making this process difficult on purpose buy using out of date processing equipment. Here’s what they want me to do….. download the Un downloadable documents. Sign and edit the uneditable documents by doing the following….. down load it, print it , sign it and edit it, scan it, then resend it back. Unacceptable in 2023 where everything can we verified very quickly with docusign or esign or a simple verification code to my phone.. I’m currently seeking justice and full of rage. On top of all that my bank calls me and says someone from there tried to pull money out my account. They just didn’t steal the money I won and all my personal documents. They are tring to steal my identity. I ready to snap this is my last resort before I resolve this with violence and vengeance. Please help

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
