I made a withdrawal at lapilanders and they canceled it because you need a photo with the document close to the face I already sent the document and even then they say that the data is not visible and before sending I checked and everything is correct, all the document data is visible , they are asking for an expiration date and there is no expiration date on my document issued in Brazil.
Fiz um saque na lapilanders e cancelaram porque precisa de uma foto com o documento proximo do rosto ja enviei o documento e mesmo assim eles falam que nao esta visivel os dados sendo que antes de enviar verifiquei e esta tudo correto todos os dados do documento estao visiveis, estao pedindo data de validade sendo que nao consta data de validade em meudocumento emitido no brasil.
