I tried to withdraw €170 after a big lose. I see here It will process in max 24 hours. Nothing happened I asked how can I verify, they said you can't if it is needed they will contact me. So still nothing, also I had to pay €20 to make this withdrawal. I have never ever had to pay to withdraw my weinnings, and I play for years. They said because I want to make a bankwithdrawal. But I didn't even have other options. So when you win you have to pay to get your money and the bigger your withdrawal amount the bigger the amount you have to pay to get it???? And they say ohhhh the banks don't work on holidays. The bank did not get the money, it is still pending, showing like they do withdrawals in minutes, this is a biggg lie

Hi thank you for the info, now it has been 5 days, I know you say wait two weeks, but still no one asked me to verify my account or give some info, and on their site you can not start the verification yourself neither. Al's the part that you have to make a withdrawal, In the 15 years I played online I have never ever had to pay to make a withdrawal to my bank account, the same way I made the deposit, they told me it's because I made a withdrawal to my bank. I did not even get a different option. Why dont they start verification??
